SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to the Caribbean- Jamaica & Bahamas, UK, Canada, and all 50 states and U.S. territories, from Georgia using the best safety shipping measures. Chozen Rootz take pride in ensuring that your packages are properly delivered, and that you receive your package within a timely manner.  We encourage our customers to provide the correct address by including all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. 

We currently ship to home addresses, and PO Box’s via USPS. However, other carrier options may be available. Additionally, we reserve the right to change carriers at any time. Please note, packages may take longer than expected during holiday seasons, and we do not ship on public holidays.

International shipments to the Caribbean, please consult your local or third-party shipping company once package has arrived at it’s designated address. International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government, and varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery/pick up of your package. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation only details the amount collected by Chozen Rootz, please contact your shipping carrier for specific details. By completing your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees imposed by the government or local shipping carrier.  If you don’t receive your package within several weeks, check with your local shipping carrier as they could be holding your package for payment. We appreciate hearing from you when you receive your package, so we have realistic estimates to tell our other customers in your country.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE

In the event that your package is lost or missing during transit, we recommend that you follow up with your appointed shipping carrier to file a claim. We also request that you forward all details to our customer service department within 10 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. Chozen Rootz does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier, and will review on a case-by-case basis.

EXPEDITE SHIPPING

As of this moment, we do not offer expedited shipping.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subjected to a processing time within 3-5 business days. After the processing time has completed, all customers will receive an email with further shipping details. If your order is incorrect upon purchasing your item, please email us immediately with your order number so we can assist as quickly as possible to correct the order. 

SHIPPING FEES

All customers are responsible for shipping fees, which may vary by state or country.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

All sales are final, and due to the nature of Chozen Rootz products, we are unable to accept returns or exchange products apart from accessories/tools if incorrect items were received. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days to process refunds. If an item purchased on www.chozenrootz.com is damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your package and we will do our absolute best to work together to resolve any issues. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during transit. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your package. *Returns are processed on a case- by-case basis. Please contact us for further inquiries.
